Hi, Just want to be able to locate various sensors and relays in order to try and cure a stalling problem I have on my 190E 1) Ignition Control Unit 2) Idle Control Relay....not Idle Control Valve 3) Throttle Position Switch 4) Oxygen Sensor 5) Does the 190 have an airflow sensor and if so where is it? 1) Ignition Control Unit = Its mounted on the inner wing near to the coil! Follow the small wires from the coil! 2) Idle Control Relay....not Idle Control Valve = Electronic circuit in ECU!! 3) Throttle Position Switch = On butterfly linkage which is mounted under "airflow sensor" on the engine side of butterfly housing. 4) Oxygen Sensor = Do you mean O2 or Lambda sensor? Only fitted on models with a catalyst. In exhaust under car! 5) Does the 190 have an airflow sensor and if so where is it? = Its the big thing with the injector pipes coming out of it! Take off the air filter and its the flappy paddle thingy right in front of you! These exploded diagrams may help. Select your model and follow the links! |
