Get a stick and put one end to your ear and the other end touching the engine. Listen and move the stick around until you find where the sound is coming from.

My guess would be the auxillary belt tensioner bearing but it could equally be an alternator bearing!

If the sound is coming from the rocker cover area it could be a lazy hydraulic tappet but its hard to tell from the video!

Have a listen with the stick and try and pinpoint it a little more accurately!

Be careful not to get the stick caught in any rotating parts! You will no longer have an ear wax issue!

Just an aside, try a screwdriver if a stick doesn't work. :)

If you use a screwdriver, remember to put the pointy end on the engine.... lol

Right well still can't pin point the knocking and frankly i'm crap with engines so wouldn't know which part it was anyway lol.

I started it up again before and there was a sqeeling coming from the car. I was sitting inside so i don't know whether it was coming from there or the engine bay.

Bet this car is going to cost me a fortune isn't it

Try running the engine without the serpentine belt, if the noise stops then its not the chain or tappets. The sound wasn't very good but to me it sounded like the tensioner or the waterpump.
