What was the M104 engine in again? Is that 3.2 the 24 valve?

M104 is the 24 valve version of the M103. In the 320CE, 320E/E320, 320TE/E320 estate, 320SL/SL320, 320SE/S320 and so on. Was even found quite late in the W210 e-class I believe, before the V6 came along.
