That's a very very tidy car indeed! You must be chuffed ;)

I think wind deflectors can look alright, but usually on a 190 with
more 'stuff', ie 16v kit, headlamp wipers & shields.
I quite like the low-profile tinted ones B)

Wind deflectors go OK with a pork pie hat, a cardy and a bit of a limp. Otherwise they're not so pretty...

The wind deflectors dont seem to be that popular, I kind of liked them.

Im kind of lucky with this one, its done 165,000 and been fully serviced, its original(even has the first aid kit, tools, triangle, the spare has never been used and apart from a couple of small rusty bits (about the size of a fifty pence) its in pretty good condition. I have a knocking and judering from the back when gear changing that I think may be the propshaft couplings (will have a look tomorrow) and the cigar lighter doesnt work (only found out when I plugged the sat nav in).

With regard to mods, I have seen lots of fantastic looking cars on this site so I may force myself to add some nice wheels but not sure about about a rear spoiler. At the end of the day its still a 2.0D, not exactly a flying machine. I like to keep cars as original as possible.

Best regards and thanks for all of the replies

tbh honest mate

subtle is best with it i reckon

loose the wheel trims

nice 15 or 16 inch merc alloys and black the grey grill out

is all i would do to it keep the chrome etc etc

just black the grey plastic insert keep the orange indiacators and side epeaters.... its the way forward ... clears are old hat now ;)

contrast contrast is cool....

nice clean lookin original car

and i wouldnt spoiler it at all unless you come across an amg ducktail which is subtle as hell ..
or even rarer an amg lip spoiler
