I have been trying to make the descision on if I should use a w123 or w124 for my next veggie project. The 124 has the potential to look meaner but the 123 is quite nice in a clean chrome kind of way. And then I found this !!!!! http://www.rakuten.co.jp/garagecurrent/988427/1012141/ W124 it is then :ph43r: Imagine that with a huge turbo diesel lump of some sort in, veg oil filtering and fuel storage with enough to get miles away from tyhis godforsaken country, oh and a bed crammed in somewhere.

Rubbish, this is what W124 Estates are for
:![]() That was my old 300TE. I used it as a Skip when I was clearing out a house I'd just bought. Roughly 1/3rd of a skip in each trip. Did about 20 or so runs in it in total. It was the 300TE with a nice spec. MOT'd and taxed, with new tyres cost me £380. I used it for a few months until the MOT and tax ran out and sold it back on for £240. The SLS had collapsed by then as well Certainly got my money's worth and saved a fortune in skip costs. Over a grand saved and much more convenient as the rubbish loads were sporadic. Great cars Will |
