Where are the studs broken? Use a good penetrating oil (plus gas) 24hrs before you start to get them out. Is there enough of the stud left to get a small pair of stilsons on it, if not an easyout will be needed. If there is any thread left weld a steel nut to the stud (exhaust nuts are a copper alloy!). Get the replacements from MB and get a full set of new nuts while youre at it! |

Try ECP and GSF. Or even wander into a local exhaust center and have a word with one of the chaps to see if they have any they could sell you. £9.41+VAT for a stud is just extracting the urine!!!!! |
