hi all just thought i would say hello my names dean im 27 live in kent and im mad about cars and love me 190 mercs. ive owned 2 190 cosworths, and this my second 190 cossie a 2.5 16v that is in bits in my work shop as im pampering it and giving it a turbo conversion. my pride and joy is black/blue,with full black leather,18 inch AMG wheels,usaul standard bits , will put some pics up soon if any one wants to see here cheers hope to speak to all thanks dean |

More information on the turbo project, will you be also going efi, if so what fuel rail will you be using and also what Throttle body? Do you know which stanadlone you are going for? emerald and megasquirt are great... Sounds interesting post a few pictures up... Lewis |

hi there im from ashford the way im going about the conversion is the way ive done a few other cars. low comp pistons ford coswoth loom and p8 ecu plus green injectors 3 bar map sensor +31 act cosworth t34 turbo self made inlet manifold using 2.5 merc and part saf cossie inlet with saf cossie fuel rail front mount intercooler silcon hoses and made up stainless intake pipes and a few other ideas but not sure about them yet depends on power looking to run about 350 to 380 bhp not wanting silly power just like to be different self made tubler turbo manifold self made 3inch full stainless exaust system with amg tail pipes (use to work at a performance exaust centre so can still do me own bits which is handy) will post some info about the place if any one wants to know more ,there has been some amazing stuff done there an any think possible place. there is still many bits im needing and info i would like to find out as it aint no where near finished yet still lots to do. but will put some pics up of any bits or jobs that im doing if any one wanted to see. so any advise never turned away first time ive turbod a merc so fingers crossed. cheers dean |
