Hello everyone, I have enjoyed reading the forum for awhile now and thought I'd have a go at posting. I first viewed the site well over two years ago when I owned a pretty rough 190e. Now I own a 190carb which is more solid structuraly though it does have a couple of rust spots (nothing serious). It's red and 'F' registered and I consider it the best car I've owned :D P.S. Couldn't resist the user name.....

Another carb owner here - incidentally anyone know of where I can obtain set of HT leads. Got me plugs and air filter and I know I can get rotor thingy and cap from GSF but no luck getting hold of leads

I'll get some photos up as soon as possible, Shrekky, though the car will need a good wash and polish. I've been very impressed with the car but the MOT was alittle bit of a sting as the front discs and rear subframe bushes needed replacing and I also supplied a complete exhaust to fit from the local scrapyard. It still had the original stickers on it so was nearly new for £25 :D . The car was bought from McCloeds of Brigg, Lincolnshire, who also did the MOT work. It used to be their courtesy car and I recommend them.

@ Stevebear..

Odd...I bought my new set of leads on Saturday from GSF, Birmingham..nice shiny new BERU ones...along with a rad

Was it just that they had no stock? Order off the website and it comes from Heathrow..but apparently Birmingham is a group warehouse.

Sure ECP will oblige as well...
