Talk about cut and shut!

Hideous.

Is it me or is there a hint of an Austin Maestro about it?

I thought it had something of the Lancia Delta about it, esp from the back...

But I'd take one over an A-Class any day

Styling issues aside -
(its not that bad though it clearly looks like an afterthought rather than the nicely designed car that the W201 is, still its mega rare and with the right set of rims and that terrible stance sorted..could be sweet)
-nobody notices its a 2.6??

biggest engine in the smallest chassis, wonder how it drives!

LOL
both pics are exactly the same, just the background different. I think it could be a photoshop job myself. I also think it looks remarkably like a mk 1 Astra

Just noticed that the pic that I posted is the same one from the first pic its just smaller at the top. And they are the only pics o this car on the net that I could find.

There is a white version of this car pictured in the mercedes benz classic magazine page 17. It was a two door city car which never passed the prototype stage.

Always thought that too.
Remember that hideous 190 4x4 that was shortened like this?
