never heared of those.

Oettinger produced the 190E 2.6-16
Hatmann made bodykits and replica wheels and still do
But finding pictures of these are another story...

Hey!!!
hope everyone is ok!!

Thanks mate!

Guys! I have sent a few emails to all 190e tuners requesting info for the 190e projects...

I have now received some info a a pic from Oettinger, its in German but it gives us an idea of power figures etc....they are going to post some copies of brochures etc , so!!! plenty of scanning etc....
I am still waiting for replys from other tuners but with a bit of luck we shall have a nice pinned section for tuners....

Cheers

It's quoted as:

I suppose everyone’s wondering what that 2.8 can do. Well, Bernard took the liberty in providing some performance numbers. Max speed clocked in at 266 Km/h (165 MPh)( measured), acceleration (0-62 mph)~ 5.5 sec (measured). Max torque 320Nm (232 Ib.Ft.), 214 kw for 1200kg , displacement is 2789ccm or 2.8 rounded up.

though tbh Papa's figure seems more realistic.

urm if a standard 2.5 can do 0 to 62 in 7.3 surely the 2.8 beast would be quicker than .2 of a second

not much of a gain is it?

they'd never do a 0-60 km/h test, the international standard is 0-100 km/h which converts to 0-62 mp/h. so, 5.5 seconds is the mp/h time i reckon, which is outstanding. i imagine they'd have to change quite a lot more to achieve this though, weight loss etc?
