http://community.190revolution.net/16-valv...no-today-2.html Been reading that, and matey reckons he saw 17hp just from an exhaust... Are the 190 16v exhausts really that bad? If you scroll down, you can see his system. Now, I'm booked in with that kingswinford place for friday, and was thinking of getting them to make a similar exhaust up. Would a 2.75" bore be overkill? Looks like thats what that guys running, maybe 3" even... Any advice appreciated, want to get it right first time round! |

Thought so, but even still, a few more horseys must be worth chasing while I'm down there. What bore did you get your exhaust done in? I saw the pics, and they kept the same 2 pipe design for the center... |

asked a simlar question a few weeks back, something about back preasure (or lack of) with a straight through and low revs arnt good? but higher revs are? seeing as you dont drive.. (well i hope not) at 5k+ revs probably a good idea to throw a box or two on there somewhere? (atleast thats teh impression i got) |

Didnt want a straight through pipe, would be far too loud. Was more thinking of a large (2.5-3") bore, more direct pipes with 2 medium boxes. Stock has 3 right? |
