warning light on a 2.5 190e auto; what is it ?|

hi guys i have a mercedes 190d 2.5 auto and the warning light that lloks like a radiator with water in i dny know what it mean its on constantly

any body have any idea what this warning sign means?

It means your coolant level's too low mate!

As Andy says its the coolent warning light. If your coolent level is OK then the sensor in the header tank is probably goosed.

I have moved this to the correct section. As i have with lots of your othet posts in the past. Please try to post in the correct sections in the future mate. :)

Connects with the sensor for the washer level too so check that also

Thanks! Was troubling me...levels were fine, yet i got the warning light at high revs.
