Its mad aint it? My fave bit is the extreme entry speed and angle of the initial drift, then the bit where he comes around that pole entering pretty much backwards.. ah the whole things is insane! :driver:

What am I doing with my life?
Living in the most expensive city on earth, busting my ass to run a 1.8-litre saloon car.
Shoulda stayed in the Alps and honed my 540º Backside Air...

Get the guy on Top Gear with a helicopter showing him doing it in a single take and then I'll be impressed. ;) :P

Seriously though, that'd make a mean intro to something like Fast & Furious IV... just need Napoleon Dynamite doing a cameo on the segway and the whole film would be better than the previous two just from that sequence alone! :D

Here's the YouTube version for anyone having probs with the original link.

I used to like Imprezas when I was younger (I guess in the 90s). They seemed a good tool for what they were (cheap plastic jap crap with a decent engine and running gear!). Didn't everyone think they looked great in action, in blue with gold wheels! :$

But I've been put off them for pretty much good now - a friend of mine had a Legacy B4 RSK (same basic engine as an Impreza, but with twin turbos). It went through two bottom ends in a matter of months! Seemed to be quite a common problem amongst some of the Subaru crowd. This was on a low mileage, impeccably maintained car that was driven with reasonable care.

TBH, I'd probably never actually have bought one, but they looked like a good fun 'tool' for the cash! I think the golden years were probably back in the 90s when Colin Mcrae (RIP) used to drive for Subaru. There's no appeal to me at all now.

Ken Block has made another video with DC Shoes;

Gymkhana Two

Waaaaay over the top in terms of effects and silly extraneous crap, but my word the driving skill is still evident.

I was gonna say Dave, keep up! This Video is about 12 months old! One of y faves i must admit, i am trying to find out what wheels he has on the Scooby as i'd quite like a set in Anthractie 15" as track wheels!

There is a second one, but there is also an outtake version of the first video which is pretty cool.

The second one i think was only released on the 1st of this month, been dying to see it!
I think ROb Dyrdek is the co-owner of DC Shoes with Ken Block, it's a hard life isn't it!

Me too, the first one reminds me more of a properly good old skate video like 411, the second one has 'Kid Rock Music Promo' written all over it.
