Manifold nuts and washers

Does anyone know the spec or mb part number for the nuts and washers that hold the 2.5-16 manifold onto the head?

they are expensive i priced the other day. dont forget theres 16.

A good nut and bolt supplier should have them, you might have to buy a box of 100, but you'll probably get them for the price of 20 from MB.
