Chaps,

The exhaust on my 2.5-16 is not up to much - it's made by a company called Perma-zaust up in Lancashire and basically doesn't fit properly. I know about Powerflow as I've got one on Bertha, but are there any other makers people recommend? I'm not over-keen on the Mercedes ones, as they're comically expensive and are, I think, mild steel. It may well be that the one I've got merely needs re-hanging, but just in case it doesn't, I'd appreciate some input! A small performance boost might be nice, too...

When the 16v needs a new exhaust i will be going to powerflow as the one they did on my bmw is a first class job and when i wanted the cat re-fitted and a different center box to change the sound they charged £20 for the box and re-fitting the cat was free of charge .. :D

I'd say something custom? Are you anywhere near Mr. Philj? He is bending all sorts of pipes..

I'd love to be able to weld and fabricate my own stuff. Whenever I get a garage its something I will pick up for sure.
