Laguna lip; how do i fit?

does the laguna lip require cutting or trimming to fit the front bumper on a standard 8v?

also... what is the best way to fit????

yes it does mate.

The traditional way of doing it is to measure out the centre of the bumper, then the chin spoiler. Once a centre mark has been established offer up the two and work out how far forward you want it. I tend to use 2 pairs of grips for this. Once happy with its centre positioning drill a hole and either bolt, or self tapper it. Work along gripping drilling and fixing at 4 inch intervals. Once you get to the corners you will neec to cut a number of 'vee' shape slots in the upper face of the spoiler to allow it to curve to the radius of the 190 bumper. Keep going til you reach the end. You should have aprx 10" overhang either side. Trim this off whichever way you see fit.

Longest build time in history?
It is much easier to take the bumper off obviously and lay it upside down on a workbench. I think some people have used pop rivets and larger washers. Just a hint of a tap can do some damage unless it's properly secured.

jack up the car and away you go a drill and a bag of of nuts n bolts a spanner and your sorted if you jack up the back as well you could do it in the rain lol
