Looks like the standard W201 full bonnet insulation pad, though it's hard to tell which type without looking at where it meets the leading edge - some have the rubber seal strips attached, some don't. There is a write-up with pictures Pinned in this section, and a few other threads on this part throughout the section. Worth having a quick look at the last 5 pages or so of threads

I have just bought the Diesel one and it came with the rubber seal strips the part number is A201 680 04 25. Cost me £77 I also bought the MB glue which seems to stick anything well that is what it says on the tin.

You could add to that the Diesel Engine tray A 201 520 34 32 coupled with the extension to the back of that tray A 201 520 67 23 |

The parts Toby mentioned are for the underneath of the engine, he was just saying that once you`ve insulated under the bonnet you could use these items for the underside if you wanted to. http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb2.asp?TP=1&F=201126%5F15C&M=602%2E911&GA=722%2E414&GM=717%2E411413&CT=F&cat=15C&SID=52&SGR=045&SGN=02 Here`s a diagram of the bonnet insulation if tit helps. http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb2.asp?TP=1&F=201126%5F15C&M=602%2E911&GA=722%2E414&GM=717%2E411413&CT=F&cat=15C&SID=68&SGR=055&SGN=02 Ian Edited by charl44, Sat May 23, 2009 8:20 pm.

Cheers Ian. On the second link I meant part 5 and part 47 which go under the engine and gearbox. |
