Door Lock info/diagram

The front driver side door lock is not working properly.

I've taken it apart and it seems to be missing a pin from the bit that sticks out from the vertical door lock button, half way down it.

I assume the hook at bottom of the button links to the vacuum operator and the end of the operator goes inside the plastic shield.

Is there a diagram of the lock posted anywhere?

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for that.

Mine looks slightly different in that part 53 has a tab with a hole in it welded half way down.

I need to know what goes in this hole.

THe diagram is for a 2lt post 88. If your car is different go to the Russian website and locate the relevant drawing

Mine's a 1986 2.3 16v.

I'll try to locate it on the Russian site but my Russian's a little rusty!

Have a look in the bottom of the door, it may well have fallen in there,
