At some time the sls has been replaced for springs and shocks but i've noticed the pump is still in place,i understand this should be removed to prevent it seizing up.Is it just remove,fit blanking plate,job done or is there anything else i should be aware of.Thanks Darren. |

Does your car have the ASD diff? If so, the pump is needed for that. |

Make one mate,they are easy. Grab yourself some 3mm aluminum and make one. Heres one on mine.

ah ok just copy the shape of the back of the pump? does it need any seal in the back or just flat on the back? |

I just used a gasket compound to seal it. Make sure you use the 4 mounting holes for the pump to pull the cover down or it will leak if you just use the 3 main mounting bolts. |

Good work on the home made plate but i think it's a bit beyond me.Could i be cheeky and ask what are the chances of you making another.I'd of course cover all expenses plus your time.Thanks Darren. |
