when i set the interior light to comeon with an open door it just flashes on and off. i cant seem to get it to go on when open and off when door closed. any ideas please? |

There are quite a lot of electronics inside the front interior light,to do with dimming it,I think. I suspect that this has gone on the blink. Mine didn't work at all when I bought it,I bypassed all the gizmos and now it comes on when the front doors are opened. I can't turn it off though,or have it on with the doors closed. I expect your rear light works OK on the back doors? Regards, Nick. |

yep, rear one is fine. not too much of an isue really but when its dark i cant get the key in as easily lol. it switches on by switch ok it's just the damn flashing. |

Remove the light cluster blow the electronics and connections with compressed air and clean the plug and socket with some WD40 or other electrical connector cleaner and put it back and see how it behaves. |
