The Diff on my 2.6 Auto Sportline is a MB reconditioned one, I had no knowledge of it, but when the the car was on the ramp in Merc-Tech last week, Philip remarked that it was.

Now that I know the clue , as a we teaser, how do you identify if your car has one? (MB Specialists excluded )

Easy - just drive it down the road, lift your foot off the gas, and if the diff doesn't whine - it's been reconditioned..........

lmao
