Hi, I will be fitting an OTG to my car shortly and I believe I am short of Two parts so I can connect my gauge up to the speedo (Hallgeber), my question is the part numbers I have been given are.-- 124 540 13 69 and A124 540 03 69, what I would like to know is the english names for these parts as I got the numbers from the german forum and will be ordering them by phone from my nearest dealer, ( 50 miles away) and I would imagine he would need the names of the parts in english. I think the first one is a 'splitter' and the second a 'multi plug' but not sure. Thanks for your answers in advance. Cheers Barrie. |

AHA, so its called the 'socket-terminal strip' not 'multi-plug' thanks for the info aemt. Now all I need is the other end that fits into the 'Speedo' (Hallgeber) in the hallgeber there is only one socket I think and mine is taken up by the Auto gearbox connection I think and I think I will need a splitter in there so I can plug the 'Socket-terminal strip' into it as well. Another question aemt ,on the 'strip' does it show a cable and plug on the end as well ?? |

Thanks a lot papa that's just what I needed, looks like all I want is the item 17 as it looks like there is already two places in the 'Sender Unit' Of course that is relevent to which 'Sender-Unit' is fitted to my model I might just get away with buying the items 20 and 23 and fitting them to my cable on the temp-gauge I have. Thanks again for the info. |
