Im hearing rattly when i clutch fully(changing gears), and when coasting in neutral??

had same on mine, check the bolts holding the flex-disc to the gearbox.. mine were loose !!!!!

Check the heat shield on the exhaust, rubber dohnuts on the propshaft/gearbox.
However it could be the thrust bearing on the clutch.
