I know this will split opinions but I'm trying to get the car to look a little more modern for it's impending sale.....

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MERCEDES-190-W201-83-93-FRONT-INDICATORS-CLEAR-PAIR_W0QQitemZ290372266287QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item439b89292f

Comments on the quality - they seem a little cheap to me.
Thanks.

B)

I got mine from GSF

Part Numbers:

M95109C Ind lamp - Fr LH Clear @ £6.90 + £2.08 (VAT was 15%)
M95110C Ind lamp - Fr RH Clear @ £6.90 + £2.08 (VAT was 15%)

Perfect fit, and no problems changing them.

Amber all the way, the clean indicators always look a bit out of place imo.

Mr Scruff - Hi and thanks for the offer.
I'd like to sell the car with both sets available though.

I'm split on this myself but I think that the clear indicators make the car look wider and lower as it 'elongates' the headlights.
As the car is white I also think it may go more unnoticed.
Maybe make it look a little more modern and appealing to more people (don't forget this is to sell...... :crying: )
Personally wouldn't do it to the back lights though.

I don't usually alter from the original look with any of my cars - the ONLY change I made to my MkII 16v Golf GTI was to change the rear lights (normal colour) to the genuine tinted later spec. ones.
It seemed to go better with a dark colour - wouldn't change the front on the Golf though! Total opposite to the Merc.

I think clear is nicer but thats me because i got a black motor , but i am one lazy b&stard and i have got round to changing to the clears i bought from Euro car parts. Mine cost me 10 per pair, YES per pair all in, YES inc vat.

To me 14.99 seems a bit steep, but if that the going rate then i guess u cant argue, i always try to go for the silver bulbs to avoid the fried egg look. and i am trying to source some good ones, but the all seem so expensive.

I am sure you dont have to waste your money when selling to give the new owner an offering of 2 sets of lenses. If they want to you can point them in the direction of clear lenses if they wish to change. but if you think it will it will increase the sale prices by a couple hundred then its worth the tiny price and effort to put on.
