Removing rear bumper.

could any one talk me through taking off the rear bumper on my 190? i want to replace the plastic insert and straighten it up because its had a little bump. ive had a look at the diagram in the bodykit thread and i cant make much sense of it :P. so whats the best way to go about this?

I'm pretty sure it's just a case of three nuts or bolts each side inside the boot, can't really remember, but I found it easy, but the strips somebody else will come up with that I hope.

yea, easy enough to get off. 3 each side and it comes right off. the plastic insert has 3 screws each side then push clips along it. turned out to be pretty straight forward. but thought best i ask before i go at it like a bull at a gate :P
