been reading the threads re the prop flexi couplings as i have got my new clutch kit and it seems prudent to change these at the same time. the shear number of options confuses the hell outa me. i dont want to have the wrong ones when the car is in bits and be totally buggered lol. so in words of one syllable what donuts do i need to do a proper job??? how do i find the right ones first time?? is there just the three to change on a 190e '93 20.ltr manual?? anyone wannado it for me as i am a brilliant joiner but a crap mechanic lol. |

I just had a look for you on the ECP website. And i am also now totally confused They list about 5 or 6 of them all at different prices but with no explanation at all what the differences are!I think your only option is to take them off and take them down to GSF or ECP when you buy the new ones. Or try MB using your VIN and they will be able to supply you the correct ones. They might not be that bad on price either to be honest. I always recommend getting prices from the dealers before parting with cash elsewhere as they can often be cheaper or only slightly more expensive. |
