Has anyone got a picture of where the front engine lifting "eye " bracket fits on the head. I took loads of photos before i started to take everything apart but apparently not this.
I bit the bullet and bought an engine hoist this week and now want to get on with the job.
Thanks
keith

Thanks will
I will have to put that piece back on then . Doesn't look like that ally housing would be strong enough to supprt the weight of the engine.

Hi Keith,

The housing doesn't support the weight of the engine, that bracket is bolted directly to the head - the bolts are longer and just pass through the housing :)
