Hi folks I'm going to be changing the mounts soon and haynes says to jack the sump up.Is this safe on a 16v sump. |

Hi Darren, Its safe but my advice would be to use a block of wood to spread the load, and dont jack the car up on the sump, only use it to lift the engine off the mounts once unbolted. watch the back of the engine on the rear engine bay firewall. |
