That is the question..?? A friend of mine has a lovely pair in a garage clearout..I'm wondering if it's an option...what will I gain..and more importantly..what could I lose ....in both senses of the word...???

is it just a simple matter of either fabricating a custom manifold or modifying my existing inlet manifold..does the injection get completely removed ECU included..?? I'm going to have a look around the site to see if there's any success stories but if there's any thoughts please feel free to share them ..!!..

I'm actually rebuilding an engine from scratch and this is what i would use the carbs on..if at all..is there anything I need to do to the head to make it more suited to webers or is it ready as standard..??

How will the change from KJet to Webers alter the characteristics of the Drive..and will it make her Growl..??

Are there any areas other than the fuelling affected..is a standard exhaust a hindrance..are there specific mods that need to be undertaken to accept the carb set up..??

will I need Lowering springs and Evo 1 Alloys, as well...Lol..??

It can probaby be done but i'd consider using them as ITB's and running stand alone EFI as it offers a greater ammount of control.

Would the 40's not be a little small for a 2litre motor ?
