Have you tried requesting a part on the inchcape site. This is probably of no use to you but it's a good diagram http://www.unitcat.ru/mercedes/7/1/F/201029/15D/54/750/ |

Did you retrofit the tempomat in the car? I am going to do that in the next couple of days. My question is if the actuator holder is the same in a 230E (w124) were I got it from, for a 190E 2.3 (1992). Any idea? |

Hi everyone, does anyone have access to a Cruise Control Part for a 2.0L 4cyl? I'm happy to pay for the removal off a parts car or wrecker. Like others on here, I'm trying to retrofit my 190E (1985) with cruise control. I got all parts from a US 190E, thanks to a helpful forum member over there. But the Bracket for the Actuator doesn't fit, probably because it came from a US 2.3L. So that may answer your question dmartinezmansell. The correct Part# is apparently 1235452640, according to my local MB specialist (even though a Google search description says it is for a 2.3L). He's tried his contact at the dealership and other parts sources, but no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks for the info syncropaddy, that's a in interesting site. Unless I missed it though, I didn't see the bracket in that list (Number 32 in the diagram below).
