Removal of the exhaust manifold

How the hell do you remove the exhaust manifold. Theres 2 bolts i can see which i can't see from the top, will i need to go under and i wanted to attemp this job myself. I will have the parts ready to fit, for my week of work next week, so if theres some knowledge i can read up on first it may make the job alot easier.

Im confused Was looking at Wrong Diagram the middle exhaust on this picture is my front downpipe but doesn't show gaskets does that mean they don't need none im sure they should and if so what are the part numbers? cheers
