Thanks for the welcomes :)

I live in Martin (between Woodhall Spa and Metheringham).

I've got a soft spot for the wheels too.

Can you believe I swapped this car for a 1.4 Mk3 Golf?? lmao

It runs out of tax at the end of this month so it's coming off the road for a few months to have a bit of a freshen up :)

Ha ha it was actually a 106 GTi shell but yes I was!

I work for that garage!

That shell was the donor for the new engine for my race car.

Was it you who came in asking about a new clutch?

Small world eh!

That shell has been weighed in now because it was rotten.

I've put the cammed 16v from that into a series 1 106 shell...it's a little monster!

I can't wait to get my 190 all cleaned up and looking as she should :D

I meant to say by the way, your cosworth is verging on automotive porn as you might have guessed when I was dribbling over it the other day!!

What's wrong with the interior?

The leather does come up on ebay every so often; I was watching a cream set (ended at £97) and a black set (ended at £179).

How have the windows gone wrong?

Service and idle speed are the easy bits!

I'm not looking forward to doing the manifold gasket on mine :(

interior is easy just need to source and fund it,
on the windows one of the switches someone cut the plugs off and attatched bullet connectors instead, just gotta figure out which way round they go on the switch

hi and welcome to the forum

nice to see another member sporting some carats, seems like the tyres looking like donuts a set of low profiles would do them justice.
Are they 15's or 16's?

It's on the 15's.

I need some new tyres on the front fairly shortly though.

I went out to take what I had hoped would be some good photos this afternoon but with fast fading light, a crap camera and the worlds most useless photographer, I'm afraid they're not great!

Oh and the 'carat duchatelet' photo is of the underside of the spoiler ;)

Here they are anyway:
