I haven't been very active on here in a while, since selling G778 MKY. Had my fun with that wee car and fancied a replacement that was the polar opposite. So here it is. A lovely late model, low mileage LWB W140 S320 Business Edition to Lord about in. Fitted brand new original AMG Monoblocks in the hope of being asked to star in the next Transporter movie. Watch out Jason Statham. Excuse the different image sizes. Photography editing is not my strength, but the S-Class has been well detailed if I do say so myself. ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us ![]() ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us ![]() Edited by 2Benzes, Sun Mar 13, 2011 11:34 pm.

Thanks Stu, appreciated indeed. Was torn between this and a W126, and the W140 won. However, whilst I love the car and all of its virtues, and that time has been kind to its styling, I still think a W126 is still a more elegant looking Benz. Hope you're enjoying yours. Looks nice. |

Ha Ha. Thanks for the compliment. It comes with usual electrics, windows, glass sunroof and seats etc. Plus , heated seats front and rear, dual zone climate control, electric rear window blind, manual side window blinds, electric folding table in rear of passenger seat, aircraft style rear reading lights, rear footrests, half wooden electric adjustable steering wheel and oh, a Auto-Pilot factory fitted Sat-Nav system. Phew!!!

I am loving the 126 Alan Such amazing amounts of quality and over-engineering it is a joy to own and drive. But your S 320 really does look the dogs gonads. Lovely. The S-Class really are the pinnacle of automotive engineering in my honest opinion. I'm probably going to get lynched for saying that on here Stu |

Ha ha, I agree entirely Stu. The S-Class defines its sector!! In fact the W126 was the first mass produced passenger car to offer ABS brakes in 1979.

I've seen it and driven it, and it's a superb car. The factory fitted sat nav is the business too.
