With my 190 off the road ive been using my E class to get around in. But i needed something new so that i could take the engine out of the w210 and put it into my 190! so i pondered a few cars and then came to the decision to buy one of these a Lexus soarer, which i have been thinking about for a number of years.

This is the 4.0 V8 UZZ31 with air suspension and plenty of gadgets, traction control, onboard computer with tv etc (in japanese so im not sure whats going on still) climate control, cruise control and electric seats. pretty much everything you could ask for. on the drive back it did 26mpg which i am pleased with, the merc didnt get a great deal more tbh, but LPG will have to be considered in the new year!

I have really fallen in love with it! it ticks so many boxes and i just love being in it. it is probably one of the smoothest car i have ever driven

I just need to collect a few more parts and ill be able to execute the 190e 3.0td plan, hopefully make a start in January. i dont really have a clue what im doing so it will probably take a while :P#

im so full of excitement atm :D
