|
hi all i have a diesel leak but cannot find it, ive took all the undertrays off, the pipe work all looks fine, do you have to take the air box off to get to the pump, it seems to be dripping down the side of the engine down the back of the sump and dripping off the bottom of the sump if its the pump how much to get one and where thanks

Both above are possible. Yes you do need to remove the airbox to get to the lift pump area |

If you look through the branches on the inlet manifold you will be able to see if the top of the pump is wet |

if you jet wash your engin you will be able to sea whare it is comong from a leak at the top of the engin on injectors rubber fuel return pipes will make a mess all over the engin if thares fuel around injectors its the return pipes good luck george |
