Contacted a recommended local German car spare place and they recon the only place I'll get an exhaust is Mercedes. Any help greatly appreciated. I will eventually be looking for a stainless system but wasn't planning on buying that till the new year. So I may try and get this one repaired as am desperate to get the exhaust done. Its broken between the cat and the flange so if I cant source a cheap ish one will consider having a pipe made from the manifold to the flanges and get rid of the cat to. I've never owned a Merc before wondered if you have any ideas to cost of a stainless system from the manifold. I really want to at least have it repaired as the garage im renting is really tight and its running so rough due to the exhaust its difficult to drive it in and out the garage as the there's a slight step it gets stuck on and it stools really easily and ideally I'll need to drive it to the exhaust place to have the stainless one made any ideas greatly appreciated ill try and get a pic of the damage soon |

My exhaust is custom stainless steel from before the cat to after the middle silencer, it cost me less than 200 quids. Probably get a full one for not too far over 3 bill from Pipecraft (Or your local equivalent). |
