Just a short note to let you all know that I used MBS in Southampton today for an auto gearbox oil change. Despite a nondescript location the service from the team was superb. I had a team of two technicians working on my car simultaneously. Watching them was like poetry in motion! If ever you've seen an assembly line in a factory it was a lot like that. These guys know their way around w201's and pointed out a few advisories while the oil was draining. They even fitted an IACV in under 5 minutes from start to finish, it takes me around 15 minutes of pfaffing just to get the airbox off! The team are all ex-main dealer and have worked together at a main franchise previously. Helpful, courteous and reasonably priced. I would certainly make the 140 mile round trip again if I needed anything. I cannot recommend them highly enough. |

Brilliant to find a garage that does what it says in the tin. Sadly I am extremely cynical about all mechanics now and when I get a really brilliant service first visit you often get the opposite experience the next time!...having said which I am going to pay them a visits because, as I said, the first visit is often the best!!! |
