Hi
Wondered if its easy to remove the front pipe.
Looking in from the engine bay I can barely see the bolts onto the manifold.
I was wondering if it isn't easier to take the manifold off with it and pull the whole lot up.
What's the right way to get at it?

You need to take it off from under the car. It's fairly easy to do once the car is up on ramps and when using extension bars on the end of a ratchet. Some nuts need longer extension bars than others so you just need to swap and change as you undo each nut.

I got so I could take it off in under ten mins as I was whipping it off and on again trying to find what I thought was a leak. My rasp ended up being the front baffle, someone had removed all the insides of the box making it resonate and rasp like a fecker !!

Cool
I was also wondering what the pipe diameter was as I need to chop an old repair section out and figured I'd stick on of those flexi sections in place. The section is on the straight bit just before it joins to the next section
Thanks
