Hello all ive just joined the forum after using it for a few years its been of great use to me having owned a 1991 1.8 unfortunately that one broke its gearbox. The plan was to put a new box in it then I found to many other problems.I have now brought another 1.8 as I figured I could break the old car for spares.I have had the parts I need off of it but there are still many good parts mainly a very clean cream cloth interior with rear headrests and armrest the door cards have already gone if anyone is looking for parts please let me know as I am planning on scrapping it soon. The new car is a light blue 1990 1.8 with 60000 miles on the clock hopefully this one will give me many years of enjoyment. The car thats breaking is a slightly faded signal red.I look forward to using the forum properly now I have joined and hopfully I can be of some use to someone.

Hello and welcome :) . Interesting you insist on 1.8.

Are taxes, MOT and whatever you have there much cheaper than for 2.0 and up?

Neither of the cars have undertrays ive never seen an undertray on a 190e.i do have the tool kit and first aid kit.The 1.8s are not the best model but low milage examples of any model at a reasonable price are becoming scarce and I liked the colour, the other option was a gold 2.0 with another cream cloth interior.
