Getting a clicking noise when driving

Also, when moving slowly in reverse, I'm getting a slight rumble

Any thoughts to one or both issues?

It could be a dry CV joint on one of the drive shafts. I had the same on my first 190. Fresh CV grease cured the problem.

Quite possibly although it doesnt sound like the cv noises i've had in the past. The click only happens once every, say, 20seconds or so. Thought it was a misfire noise but definitely not as engine is sweet as a nut. Then thought auto box but it happens when cruising in same gear.

Have you had the back wheels off recently? Sometimes a wheel bolt can catch the handbrake shoes and cause an intermittent clicking...
