Hi, i have 190d 4speed manual and sometimes it makes a loud grinding noise, i think from the clutch, and it slips a bit(barely noticeable) when i make a hard pull, there are no other symptoms with the clutch or gearbox, anyone knows what it could be?

Yes it could be the bearing failing and rubbing against the clutch mechanism. If it's that you'll need a new clutch kit.

Next time you hear it put a little pressure on the pedal, if the noise goes away or changes at all it's probably the bearing.
