Cold Start - Stumble and Cuts out

Hi,

I bought my second 190e a few weeks ago and 99% of the time it runs absolutely spot on, however since I've had it it takes two goes to start from cold. If I give it a little gas while cranking it fires up fine, but without any gas it runs momentarily then misses and cuts out, then fires up on the second try.

The fuel pump primes fine, but it is very noisy and the fuel filter looks due a change so I have one of each on order. Is there anything else I need to be aware of? I've checked the cap and leads and they look fine and I don't suspect the OVP relay as it shows no other signs of rough running.
