Hi all, Just a quick question. Anyone seen a 2.0d engine with a black plastic air intake manifold? Its a 1991 J reg of a mate. My 85 is metal manifold. Just wondering if it was because it was a later engine? Also would it be better putting a metal one on instead of the plastic? Thanks in advance Danny |

Hello Danny Nope, never seen anything but metal intake manifolds on the diesel. Re. changing a manifold - I'd say if it isn't broken, don't fix it. |
