Hi all, I am after some help regarding my transmission flaring between 2nd and 3rd. it started about 1 month back I noticed it flare a lot between changing from 2nd to 3rd gear specially when cold, not so much when warmed up but its still there. I have changed the k1 spring with a genuine part from dealers although I didn't notice any difference between old and new. I have also changed the oil and filter I have checked the vacuum piping for leaks which I can't seem to find any ( but I need to get a vacuum gauge to tell properly) what else could I do or change to solve my problem. is there a way to check if the modulator is broken without taking it off. would I benefit if I change it anyway to the new style or not thanks in advance |

Hi I did tell you to check the pressure first before changing the springs as you need to know the pressure before you can adjust, have you got a guage? |
