Hi everyone, I might have a bit of money coming through and I'm looking to getting my car in tip top condition as I spend a lot of time in it (I do 15,000+ miles a year). The exterior is a bit faded, as you'd expect from a car this old, and was wondering how much a quality respray would be. I know it's in the region of several thousand, but I'm getting some very conflicting information on the internet, particularly where to get it done.

Have a look here. It’s not a million miles from Derbyshire, could be worth a visit. I worked with the owner for a few years and can vouch for his capability and quality. https://en-gb.facebook.com/Wickedpaintandpanel/ |

Try here. http://www.seanrowebodyworks.moonfruit.com/# Sean has painted two of my 190s in the past. He's been in the business for 30 years and I can wholeheartedly recommend his work - and his prices are always fair (although he's always busy, so you may have to wait a while for him to do it). He re-painted a 2.6 Sportline for me several years ago and this year the car (with it's current owner) came 2nd overall in the Mercedes-Benz Club national concours competition. Enough said! |

Sent him an email, looking forward to his response. Hopefully his ballpark figure isn't financially crippling! |
