Cosworth kit on pre-facelift

Hi guys, I think this might be my first post. I've got the chance to buy and absolutley solid '88 190 shell, just has no interior and not an ounce of rust on it. Forget the "why do it" is it possible to put all the panels from a cosworth on a pre-facelift without bonding them on?
The same guy also has the kit in storage so I was going to pick up the whole lot and make a little project. Am I going to have problems with the holes going from the pre and post trims?

Cheers guys.

From what I've been told is it possible but there is a lot of hole drilling involved and I believe the cosworth arches need square holes but a owner of a cossie will have to confirm this as I don't own one. I'm pretty sure the trim holes on the doors are different as well, other than is it's possible.

Cheers bud, if it's just hole drilling then that should be ok

Yeah bit the bullet and bought the lot, still not sure whether to get it bonded on or not as once it's on it ain't coming off and the kits are getting harder to fit but....No guts no glory, I think an ivory coloured cossie might work with a little stance and some wheels. I'll try a build thread later

having been the owner of a pre-facelift 190 with a cossie kit, i can tell you the sacco panels fit straight on ( btw you cant mix 16v sacco panels and ordinary sacco panels), in fact the only messing about you will have is the wheel arches.and even the 16v interior is a easy fit, with only the rear bottom squab needing any fettling ;-)

Cheers Shrekky, I'm doing it mainly because it's there and I love the ivory colour, nice to know it could be potentially an easy conversion, have you got a pic of the 190?
