I'm reassembling my car and making good progress, but i keep finding bits missing.
Would someone have the bolt to hold the spair wheel in place they'd sell or a part number for it?

On the cooking models the spare wheel is held in place by a plastic tub which is screwed onto the post at the bottom of the spare wheel well. Not sure if the 16v are different?

My go to for when I have such a question is the MB Classic Center. They can tell you how the 16 valve is supposed to be. They may have the bolt you need or at least be able to give you the part number.

It's supposed to have a storage tub that screws in to hold the wheel in place. All 190's have this bar the very early cars.

Funny enough I always thought the same but Iím almost certain Iíve seen a couple of early cars with the wheels the other way up, including one very early/low mileage 2.3-16 some years back.

Whatís the VIN and Iíll have a look on EPC later for you if you like?

My car was build in 1985, wdb 2010342f 182580
Its the only 190 I've seen without the plastic bucket.
